Dear Chinese people,

Our nation has experienced many struggles with your country and other empires. We had lost so much. Therefore, we want to live in peace, friendship and cooperation. We always hope that our both countries will follow the desire and achievements that were gained by a great effort of President Ho Chi Minh and President Mao Zedong as well as the predecessors of the two countries. We hope that our country will follow the slogan about friendship that President Ho Chi Minh said, “We are comrades as well as brothers”, as the lyrics of composer Do Nhuan’s song, Vietnam – China: “Vietnam – China, joined by mountains, joined by rivers, sharing Eastern Sea, an friendship, early like the dawn.”

I am sure that you also want to live in peace, we do too. War is painful and death. War causes countless families to be in afflictive situations. Our wounds due to wars haven’t been healed. We don’t want to suffer that great pain once more time.

However, if that happens, all Vietnamese people are willing to sacrifice once more time to protect our freedom and independence. Our 90 million people are ready to protect our country together.

Dear peoples of the world – those who love peace,

China is violating Vietnam’s sovereignty. They are violating Vietnam’s law as well as UNCLOS 1982 and the United Nations Charter. Therefore, we look forwards to your help to protect our country.

Dear all of Vietnamese,
Because of peace, we have to compromise. But if China is still aggressive, I call for all of Vietnamese to stand up to protect our Vietnam.

We are ready for a Dien Bien Phu on the sea. Anything can be ignored but sovereigty and national jurisdiction could not be violated.

Long live Vietnam! Long live Ho Chi Minh! Long live Vo Nguyen Giap!

我相信你们真的是一个爱好和平的民族，我们也是这样。战争是死亡，是痛苦的，家庭入在妻子失去了丈夫、儿子没有了父亲的情况中…多么战争的创伤还治不了，我们不想我族民再一次遭遇激烈的战争。

但是，如果出现这种情况，整个越南民族，我们都愿意再一次牺牲，准备战斗到最后一滴血为保护我们民族的自由和独立。 9千万个人一直一心保护越南国家。

全体世界人民！热爱和平的朋友们! 中国正侵犯我们的主权，公然违反越南法律，违反了联合国宪章，违反1982年联合国海洋法公约。我们建议世界各国人民，帮助越南人民群众保护国家。

全体越南人民！因和平，我们不得不让步。但是，如果让步而中国方仍然有橫暴的行为，我建议全部越南人民，老轻大小谁都要站起来保护我们的越南国家。
如果需要有一阵海上奠边府大战，他们也意愿。一切都可以忽略不计，但主权权利和管辖权绝不能受到侵犯。

Thưa toàn thể nhân dân Trung Hoa! 

Trong lịch sử, Trung Quốc đã từng bị các nước đế quốc thực dân xâm lược, nhân dân Trung Quốc cũng đã cảm nhận sự mất mát và đau thương khi một quốc gia bị ngoại bang xâm lăng.

Tôi là một người con của nước Việt Nam. Chắc hẳn các bạn cũng hiểu cảm xúc của tôi khi đất nước tôi bị quân đội các bạn xâm phạm chủ quyền.

Dân tộc tôi đã trải qua nhiều cuộc đấu tranh với quý quốc và các nước đế quốc, dân tộc tôi đã mất mát quá nhiều, chúng tôi muốn được sống trong hòa bình hữu nghị và hợp tác. Tất cả chúng tôi luôn hi vọng rằng hai nước sống đúng với mong muốn và những thành quả có được nhờ bao nỗ lực dày công vun đắp của Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh, Chủ tịch Mao Trạch Đông và các vị tiền bối hai nước. Sống đúng với phương châm của tình hữu nghị mà Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh đã nói “vừa là đồng chí, vừa là anh em”, cũng như lời bài hát Tình hữu nghị Việt Nam – Trung Hoa của nhạc sĩ Đỗ Nhuận:

"Việt Nam – Trung Hoa núi liền núi, sông liền sông
Chung một Biển Đông mối tình hữu nghị sớm như rạng đông…"

Tôi tin chắc rằng các bạn cũng muốn hòa bình và chúng tôi cũng vậy. Chiến tranh là chết chóc, là đau thương, khiến bao gia đình lâm vào cảnh con mất cha, vợ mất chồng, cháu mất ông … Bao vết thương chiến tranh trong chúng tôi còn chưa lành, chúng tôi không muốn 1 lần nữa dân tộc tôi lại phải hứng chịu những khốc liệt của chiến tranh.

Nhưng nếu điều đó xảy ra, toàn thể dân tộc Việt Nam chúng tôi sẵn sàng hi sinh 1 lần nữa, sẵn sàng chiến đấu tới giọt máu cuối cùng để bảo vệ Tự do và Độc lập của dân tộc chúng tôi. 90 triệu người dân chúng tôi trên dưới 1 lòng sẵn sàng bảo vệ đất nước Việt Nam.

Thưa toàn thể nhân dân thế giới – những người yêu chuộng hòa bình! Trung Quốc đang xâm phạm chủ quyền của chúng tôi, ngang nhiên vi phạm luật pháp Việt Nam, vi phạm Công ước Luật Biển năm 1982, vi phạm Hiến chương Liên hợp quốc. Chúng tôi đề nghị nhân dân thế giới giúp đỡ nhân dân Việt Nam bảo vệ Tổ quốc.

Thưa toàn thể dân tộc Việt Nam! Vì hòa bình chúng ta phải nhân nhượng. Nhưng nếu sự nhân nhượng đó không được phía Trung Quốc thực hiện mà vẫn lấn tới, thì tôi đề nghị toàn thể dân tộc Việt Nam già trẻ gái trai ai ai cũng phải đứng lên bảo vệ Tổ quốc Việt Nam của chúng ta.

Nếu cần phải có 1 trận Điện Biên Phủ trên biển thì chúng ta cũng sẵn sàng. Mọi thứ có thể bỏ qua, nhưng chủ quyền và quyền tài phán quốc gia thì không thể nào bị xâm phạm.

Việt Nam muôn năm! Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh muôn năm! Đại tướng Võ Nguyên Giáp muôn năm!

Dans le passé , la Chine a été envahie par d'autres pays , de sorte que le peuple chinois se sentent aussi la douleur et la perte quand un pays étranger a été envahi .

Je suis un enfant du Vietnam . Certes, vous pouvez comprendre mes sentiments quand notre souveraineté est violée par votre armée .

Notre nation a connu de nombreuses luttes avec votre pays et d'autres empires . Nous avions perdu tellement . Par conséquent , nous voulons vivre dans la paix , l'amitié et la coopération . Nous espérons toujours que nos deux pays vont suivre le désir et les réalisations qui ont été acquis par un grand effort du Président Ho Chi Minh et le président Mao Zedong ainsi que les prédécesseurs des deux pays . Nous espérons que notre pays va suivre le slogan de l'amitié que le Président Ho Chi Minh a déclaré , «Nous sommes camarades ainsi que frères " , comme les paroles de la chanson du compositeur Do Nhuan , Vietnam - Chine : " Vietnam - Chine , rejoint par des montagnes , rejoint par les rivières , le partage de la mer de l'Est, une amitié , au début comme l'aurore " .

Je suis sûr que vous aussi vous voulez vivre en paix, nous faisons trop . La guerre est douloureux et la mort . Guerre provoque d'innombrables familles à être dans des situations affligeantes . Nos blessures dues aux guerres n'ont pas été guéri . Nous ne voulons pas souffrir cette grande douleur une fois plus de temps .

Toutefois , si cela se produit , tous les Vietnamiens sont prêts à sacrifier une fois de plus le temps de protéger notre liberté et l'indépendance . Nos 90 millions de personnes sont prêtes à protéger notre pays ensemble.

Chers peuples du monde - ceux qui aiment la paix ,

Chine viole la souveraineté du Vietnam . Ils violent la loi du Vietnam ainsi que la Convention de 1982 et la Charte des Nations Unies . Par conséquent, nous attendons avec intérêt de votre aide pour protéger notre pays .

Bonjour à tous des Vietnamiens ,

En raison de la paix , nous devons faire des compromis . Mais si la Chine est toujours agressif , je demande tout de Vietnamiens de se lever pour protéger notre Vietnam .

Nous sommes prêts pour un Dien Bien Phu sur la mer . Tout peut être ignoré mais sovereigty et la juridiction nationale ne peut pas être violé .
