FEB, 2008 - FEB, 2009 -
BLUE INK ASIA – DIRECT MEASURABLE MARKETING SOLUTIONS
BIA is Vietnam’s first 100 dedicated direct marketing agency, specialising in direct email/ web (70%) and direct mail (30%). Key challenges include educating the market on what is direct marketing and its need to transfer some mass advertising budget to this new premium service that provides immediate measurable results.
Position: Creative designer Position purpose:
Uncovering single minded propositions and consumer insights to develope campaign concepts
Translating concepts and client needs to Vietnamese consumer realities in designs Key responsibilities:
Creating concepts, designs, finish artwork and copy writing
Working with production to ensure material production meets quality standards and design vision.
Working with Clients Service to ensure key design issures are timely communicated with clients.
Working with Technical team to ensure final email and website meets quality standards and design vision
Key achievement:
Liberty Insurance DM campaign: (email, website and mail) Finished the campaign in only 1,5 months (1 month earlier than planned) with generating 512 qualified leads, out performed the target by 12 qualified leads; brand exposure to 19,949 targeted customers, generate 25,000 USD for client’s revenue while campaign cost only 10,000 USD.
GEOX (top brand in Italian shoes) DM campaign (viral email): This direct email campaign has performed extremely well with excellent results without any spamming issue which often happens in email campaigns. BIA successfully sent 15,112 emails surpassing the campaign objective and 57, 175 clip exposure via website.
Lipton (Unilever) DM campaign (email, web and mail): In only one month, successfully sending 200,000 emails to office workers to promote Hirameki website, great creative made more than 4,000 target people get excited and go through Hirameki website (not only 2,000 as the campaign objective)

JAN, 2007/ FEB, 2008: SONG HANH ADVERTISING CO.
Song Hanh is a company that used to submit a tender for a contract to design and print Calendar for so many Banks and Insurance companies. In August 2007, they decided to build a new team that have ability to create a new genre of calendar: Creative calendar.
Position: Creative Team Leader
Key responsibilities:
Manage all jobs and assign tasks to designers
Lead and give advices for designers.
Created logos, CIPs
Concept and design of Print projects, specific in Creative Calendar Key achievements:
Won 3 contracts for designing and printing Calendar of Bao Minh CMG, Mekong housing Bank and Vietcombank – worth several billions VND

2005/ JULY, 2007 - FANNY VIET NAM COMPANY
Fanny is leading premium company in Vietnam, with its own ice cream parlors and more
than 400 top of the range clients over the country. Position: Designer
Position purpose: Gate – keeper of the brand
Key responsibilities:

Overlook and redevelop the company’s brand.
Working in-house on developing online and offline brand positioning.
Create the design of all the visibility elements (packaging, exhibition displays, print collateral, Interior, Exterior Dercoration and online marketing)
Worked with printing company. Understanding their process and personally checking colors at printing.
Key achievements:
Had enhance high quality image of Fanny Ice Cream in the trade.
